The T-DLN fuel nozzle is a fuel-entry component used within a dry low NOx combustion arrangement. Its shaped tip and surrounding passages form part of the local fuel-and-air introduction geometry at the combustor head end. OBT supports custom manufacturing projects for this component family, with the exact configuration established through technical review.

For a Frame 6B T-DLN project, OBT reviews the specified nozzle position, tip geometry, surrounding passages, fuel connections and mounting features. Manufacturing is defined for the requested configuration using its specified geometry and interface requirements.
Depending on the approved design, OBT can combine precision-machined details, cast components and assembly operations. Our broader production resources include five-axis CNC machining, vacuum processing and material-inspection equipment. For fuel-delivery hardware, passage geometry, joining requirements and any required flow checks are established during engineering review.
Please provide engineering drawings or a representative physical sample for quotation and technical review. If drawings are unavailable, OBT can evaluate the sample for reverse engineering. The material, critical dimensions, quantity and inspection requirements are agreed with the customer before production.
