The Frame 6F DLN2.6 fuel nozzle assembly groups the designated fuel-entry components in a defined head-end arrangement. The nozzle array, mounting structure and connection features establish how the fuel-delivery hardware is positioned relative to the combustion cap and liner. OBT supports custom manufacturing projects for this component family, with the exact configuration established through technical review.

The array layout, axial projection, mounting flange and fuel connections are reviewed as a complete head-end relationship. OBT defines the requested individual-nozzle or assembly scope, including passage features, joining requirements and the interfaces to be inspected.
Depending on the approved design, OBT can combine precision-machined details, cast components and assembly operations. Our broader production resources include five-axis CNC machining, vacuum processing and material-inspection equipment. For fuel-delivery hardware, passage geometry, joining requirements and any required flow checks are established during engineering review.
Please provide engineering drawings or a representative physical sample for quotation and technical review. If drawings are unavailable, OBT can evaluate the sample for reverse engineering. The material, critical dimensions, quantity and inspection requirements are agreed with the customer before production.
