The Frame 6F FlameSheet combustion system is a distinct combustion arrangement within the Frame 6F gas turbine family. The complete assembly brings fuel-entry components, mixing and combustion passages, surrounding supports and downstream connections into a coordinated hardware layout. OBT supports custom development and manufacturing of selected components for the specified combustion arrangement.
For hardware associated with a 6F FlameSheet arrangement, OBT evaluates the customer-defined component scope and connection requirements. The project review establishes which parts are to be manufactured, their material requirements and the interfaces that must match the specified installation.
OBT supports turbine-component projects through alloy processing, casting, forming, welding, CNC machining and inspection resources. For a system-related scope, these capabilities are applied to the selected parts and mating interfaces identified in project review. Material verification, coordinate measurement and agreed weld or other inspections help define the production acceptance plan.
Please provide engineering drawings or a representative physical sample for quotation and technical review. If drawings are unavailable, OBT can evaluate the sample for reverse engineering. The material, critical dimensions, quantity and inspection requirements are agreed with the customer before production.
