The Frame 6FA.03 combustion system coordinates fuel introduction, the combustion passage and the downstream transition toward the turbine. Its arrangement defines how head-end components, liner hardware and hot-gas-path connections fit together within the specified engine configuration. OBT supports custom development and manufacturing of selected components for the specified combustion arrangement.

A 6FA.03 system-related scope is divided into the specified fuel-entry hardware, cap, liner and transition-interface requirements. OBT reviews the mating geometry and assembly identifiers so the manufacturing plan is defined for the selected components for the specified installation.
OBT supports turbine-component projects through alloy processing, casting, forming, welding, CNC machining and inspection resources. For a system-related scope, these capabilities are applied to the selected parts and mating interfaces identified in project review. Material verification, coordinate measurement and agreed weld or other inspections help define the production acceptance plan.
Please provide engineering drawings or a representative physical sample for quotation and technical review. If drawings are unavailable, OBT can evaluate the sample for reverse engineering. The material, critical dimensions, quantity and inspection requirements are agreed with the customer before production.
