The Frame 6FA combustion cap is a head-end component that establishes the arrangement of fuel-entry openings at the combustion liner inlet. Its plate geometry, passage layout and surrounding connection features define its relationship with the designated nozzle and liner hardware. OBT supports custom manufacturing projects for this component family, with the exact configuration established through technical review.

The cap review focuses on the head-end passage arrangement, perforated areas, outer profile and liner connection. OBT establishes the required nozzle-opening dimensions and mounting relationships from the selected 6FA configuration before machining and inspection planning.
OBT applies high-temperature-alloy manufacturing and precision-machining capabilities to custom head-end components. CNC machining, dimensional measurement, and material-analysis equipment ensure control of nozzle openings, mounting profiles, and other specified interfaces. The material, production route, and inspection criteria comply with the approved technical requirements, including any applicable joining or assembly operations.
Pls providere engineering drawings or a representative physical sample for quotation and technical review. If drawings are unavailable, OBT can evaluate the sample for reverse engineering. The material, critical dimensions, quantity and inspection requirements are agreed with the customer before production.
