The Frame 6B LEC III combustion system brings the head-end fuel-delivery components, combustion liner and downstream transition hardware into a coordinated assembly. The system-level arrangement defines how individual combustion components connect and how the gas path develops from the fuel-entry region toward the turbine. OBT supports custom development and manufacturing of selected components for the specified combustion arrangement.

A LEC III project can be defined at individual-component or assembly-interface level. OBT reviews the requested liner, head-end and downstream connection scope so that the material, production route and dimensional requirements can be established for each selected part.
OBT supports turbine-component projects through alloy processing, casting, forming, welding, CNC machining and inspection resources. For a system-related scope, these capabilities are applied to the selected parts and mating interfaces identified in project review. Material verification, coordinate measurement and agreed weld or other inspections help define the production acceptance plan.
Please provide engineering drawings or a representative physical sample for quotation and technical review. If drawings are unavailable, OBT can evaluate the sample for reverse engineering. The material, critical dimensions, quantity and inspection requirements are agreed with the customer before production.
