The Frame 9E DLN combustion liner belongs to a dry low NOx combustion configuration and incorporates a multi-opening head-end arrangement. The liner body and its local openings define the combustion passage and the interfaces with the surrounding assembly. OBT supports custom manufacturing projects for this component family, with the exact configuration established through technical review.
The multi-opening head end, formed wall sections and outlet retention region are reviewed against the designated DLN arrangement. OBT defines the liner manufacturing requirements together with the mating cap, nozzle layout and downstream connection dimensions.
OBT combines high-temperature-alloy sheet-metal fabrication with forming, laser cutting, welding and heat-treatment resources. CNC machining can be integrated for designated interfaces, with coordinate measurement and material inspection used to verify the agreed production requirements. The fabrication route is selected to suit the approved liner design.
Please provide engineering drawings or a representative physical sample for quotation and technical review. If drawings are unavailable, OBT can evaluate the sample for reverse engineering. The material, critical dimensions, quantity and inspection requirements are agreed with the customer before production.
