The Frame 6F DLN2.6 transition piece carries combustion gases from the designated combustor outlet toward the turbine inlet. Its shaped passage connects two different gas-path interfaces and establishes the required change in section and direction. OBT supports custom manufacturing projects for this component family, with the exact configuration established through technical review.

The passage curvature, inlet and outlet sections, wall openings and attachment features are reviewed together with the specified DLN2.6 assembly interfaces. OBT establishes the required fabrication, joining, machining and dimensional-inspection scope from the approved component definition.
OBT offers high-temperature-alloy processing, fabrication, welding and precision machining for custom turbine components. A transition-piece route is developed around the duct shape and connection geometry, using fabricated sections or cast subcomponents where appropriate. Dimensional measurement, material verification and agreed nondestructive inspection requirements are incorporated into the project quality plan.
Please provide engineering drawings or a representative physical sample for quotation and technical review. If drawings are unavailable, OBT can evaluate the sample for reverse engineering. The material, critical dimensions, quantity and inspection requirements are agreed with the customer before production.
