The Frame 7 FlameSheet combustion system brings the head-end hardware, combustion passage and downstream connection features into a distinct integrated arrangement. It is reviewed at the system level because the interfaces between its individual components define the complete assembly. OBT supports custom development and manufacturing of selected components for the specified combustion arrangement.
For a Frame 7 FlameSheet-related project, the technical review defines the selected hardware and its relationship with the existing installation. OBT considers mounting locations, mating surfaces and connection profiles when developing the manufacturing scope for customer-specified components.
OBT supports turbine-component projects through alloy processing, casting, forming, welding, CNC machining and inspection resources. For a system-related scope, these capabilities are applied to the selected parts and mating interfaces identified in project review. Material verification, coordinate measurement and agreed weld or other inspections help define the production acceptance plan.
Please provide engineering drawings or a representative physical sample for quotation and technical review. If drawings are unavailable, OBT can evaluate the sample for reverse engineering. The material, critical dimensions, quantity and inspection requirements are agreed with the customer before production.
