The Frame 9E LEC combustion liner is a liner configuration associated with the LEC combustion hardware family. Its head-end arrangement and cylindrical body provide the inner combustion passage and the connection features required by the designated system. OBT supports custom manufacturing projects for this component family, with the exact configuration established through technical review.
For the selected LEC configuration, the head-end passages, larger wall ports and circumferential body features define the component geometry. OBT reviews the specified revision and retention details before establishing a custom liner manufacturing and inspection plan.
OBT combines high-temperature-alloy sheet-metal fabrication with forming, laser cutting, welding and heat-treatment resources. CNC machining can be integrated for designated interfaces, with coordinate measurement and material inspection used to verify the agreed production requirements. The fabrication route is selected to suit the approved liner design.
Please provide engineering drawings or a representative physical sample for quotation and technical review. If drawings are unavailable, OBT can evaluate the sample for reverse engineering. The material, critical dimensions, quantity and inspection requirements are agreed with the customer before production.
