The Frame 6FA.03 combustion cap is a head-end component that defines the opening layout at the combustion liner inlet. The cap project review covers the multi-opening layout, outer ring, locating features and attachment interfaces. OBT establishes the required passage positions and mating dimensions together with the specified liner and fuel-nozzle arrangement before production planning.

CNC machining, dimensional measurement and material-analysis equipment support control of the nozzle openings, mounting profiles and other specified interfaces. The material, production route and inspection criteria follow the approved technical requirements, including any applicable joining or assembly operations.
