The Frame 9F FlameSheet combustion system is a distinct combustion arrangement within the Frame 9F gas turbine family. Its complete assembly brings fuel-entry hardware, the combustion passage, surrounding support structures and downstream connection features into an integrated layout. OBT supports custom development and manufacturing of selected components for the specified combustion arrangement.
For hardware associated with a 9F FlameSheet installation, OBT reviews the customer-defined parts and their assembly boundaries. Mounting profiles, component connections and surrounding support interfaces are established during technical review before the production scope is confirmed.
OBT supports turbine-component projects through alloy processing, casting, forming, welding, CNC machining and inspection resources. For a system-related scope, these capabilities are applied to the selected parts and mating interfaces identified in project review. Material verification, coordinate measurement and agreed weld or other inspections help define the production acceptance plan.
Please provide engineering drawings or a representative physical sample for quotation and technical review. If drawings are unavailable, OBT can evaluate the sample for reverse engineering. The material, critical dimensions, quantity and inspection requirements are agreed with the customer before production.
